Smoked Trout and Cottage Cheese Appetizer on Rye Crispbreads
Ingredients
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic 0.2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Dried parsnip ½ teaspoons
- Finn Crisp Traditional Crispbread 6 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the skin from the trout, debone it, and cut it into 5x5 mm cubes.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes as well.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the trout, cucumber, cottage cheese, garlic, parsley, and black pepper. Mix well. Taste for salt and add if necessary.
Step 4
Break each crispbread into three pieces. Spread the fish and cheese mixture on top. For garnish, you can sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top.
