Smoked salmon with kohlrabi and celery remoulade
Ingredients
- Kohlrabi 20 oz
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 4 pieces
- Celery stalk 4 pieces
- Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 1½ spoons
- Dijon Mustard ½ spoons
- Dijon Mustard ½ spoons
- Parsley 1 stalk
- Dill 1 stalk
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the kohlrabi leaves, then cut it into thin strips (a mandoline can be used for this purpose).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix powdered sugar and vinegar, then add finely chopped celery and kohlrabi. Cover with a lid and let marinate for twenty minutes. After the time is up, drain all the liquid.
Step 3
Mix all the mustard with the mayonnaise. Add finely chopped parsley and dill to the vegetables, dress with the mustard-mayonnaise sauce, and mix well. Serve with a slice of smoked salmon.
