- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Dill 1 tablespoon
- Cognac 2 teaspoons
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 30 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- French Baguette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a coffee grinder, grind the cumin seeds and transfer them to a bowl. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, and cognac. Mix well.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Cut the baguette into pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Cool on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Before serving, spread the toasts with mayonnaise and top each with a slice of salmon. Garnish with dill sprigs and lemon wedges.
