Smoked Salmon in Creamy Sauce
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese ½ cup
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 0 oz
- 33% Cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Lime Juice 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz
- Chives 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, whip together the mascarpone, cottage cheese, lime juice, cream, salt, and cayenne pepper. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add finely chopped salmon and chives. Mix well.
Step 2
Line 6 small molds with several layers of cheesecloth and tightly fill with the mixture. Cover with the edges of the cheesecloth and press down lightly. Transfer the mounds to plates and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
