- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
In a blender, combine mascarpone, finely chopped dill, and lemon juice. Add half of the finely chopped salmon and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining finely chopped fish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
