Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves 2 bunches
- Halibut 0 lbs
- Mustard Greens 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 15 oz
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend finely chopped basil, reserving a couple of sprigs for garnish, with lemon juice, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender. Add sour cream and mix well.
Step 2
Fillet the smoked halibut, removing bones and skin, and slice the flesh into thin pieces.
Step 3
Pour the prepared sauce onto a plate, arrange the fish slices beautifully on top, and garnish with basil sprigs.
