Ingredients

  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Romaine lettuce to taste
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz
  • Hot smoked pink salmon 5 oz
  • Canned Corn ½ can
  • Grapefruits 1 piece
  • Lime 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
  • Pasilla Pepper ½ teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes, drizzle with lime juice.

Step 2

Wash the lettuce and tear it into small pieces.

Step 3

Cut the salmon into cubes and the tuna into thin slices.

Step 4

Arrange the lettuce, fish, and avocado on plates and sprinkle with corn.

Step 5

Peel the grapefruit, remove the skin, cut each segment into 4 pieces, and arrange on the plates.

Step 6

Lightly crush the pink pepper and sprinkle it over the salad. Whisk the lime juice with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Dress the salad just before serving.
