Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 5 oz
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz
- White bread 1 piece
- Celery stalk 0 oz
- Eel 0 oz
- Tomatoes 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the mayonnaise with Dijon mustard and spread a thin layer evenly over the entire surface of the bread.
Step 2
Slice the celery stalks into rings about 2-3 mm thick. Arrange them on top of the mayonnaise.
Step 3
Thinly sliced carbonade, folded in half, is arranged in a fan shape. Place a few rings of thinly sliced tomato on top of the carbonade. Sprinkle with celery and add two or three lettuce leaves. Layer with another layer of carbonade, celery, and tomato. Your smørrebrød is ready.
