Ingredients
- Smelt 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt ½ spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Paprika to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the smelt and pat dry. Mix the milk with salt, and combine the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese. Dip the fish in the milk and then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 2
Place the fish in a baking dish greased with melted butter, and sprinkle with paprika.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven at 500°F for eight to ten minutes.
