Smelt with capers and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients
- Smelt 20 oz
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Pickled capers 10 pieces
- 10% cream 5 tablespoons
- Graham Crackers 10 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish and place it in a baking dish. Sprinkle with herbs and pepper.
Step 2
Slice the cherry tomatoes and place them on top of the smelt. Add the capers. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sour cream.
Step 3
Put in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the cooked fish on whole grain crackers. Add some sour cream and herbs.
