- Ground coriander 1 bunch
- Smelt 0 lbs
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
- Orange zest 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grease a baking dish with a small amount of melted butter, tightly arrange the washed and dried fish in rows, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Combine the remaining melted butter with orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed) and zest, then pour the mixture over the fish.
Step 3
Bake at 445°F for ten minutes until a golden crust forms.
