  • Cucumbers 10 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar ½ spoons
  • Sesame Oil ½ spoons
  • Chili Flakes to taste
  • Salt to taste

Wash the cucumbers, and peel them if the skin is thick.
