Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 9 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Chorizo 5 oz
- Cheese Spread to taste
- Morels 5 oz
- Tomatoes to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, and flour until smooth.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a hot skillet.
Step 3
Top with filling, in my case — sliced sausage, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
Step 4
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and cover with a lid.
Step 5
Cook until the cheese melts.
Step 6
Serve on a plate.
