Description

The key to this recipe is to prepare all the ingredients in advance, as you will need to act very quickly afterward.

Ingredients

  • Ground coriander 2 stalks
  • Shrimp 12 pieces
  • Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Oyster Mushrooms 2 spoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Green peppercorns 1 tablespoon
  • Raw cane sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Scallions 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, prepare the shrimp: peel off the shells and remove the digestive tract. You can leave the tails on for presentation.

Step 2

In a skillet, heat the butter and sauté the minced garlic, onion (only the white part), and minced ginger until fragrant. Add crushed black pepper and shrimp, cooking over high heat for about two minutes. Then, add the chopped chili pepper, sprinkle in the sugar, pour in the fish sauce and water, and cook for another three minutes.

Step 3

Place the shrimp with the sauce in a deep dish, garnish with cilantro leaves, and serve immediately.
