Ingredients
- Bacon 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the bacon into strips or squares, place it in a dry skillet, and sauté it slightly (just enough to melt some of the fat).
Step 2
Chop the cheese as finely as possible, add it to the bacon, reduce the heat, pour in the sour cream, and simmer while stirring constantly until a homogeneous mixture of medium thickness forms.
Step 3
Serve with pasta.
