- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- Russian Cheese 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Olive Oil to taste

Step 1
Chop the pepper (I cut it into strips).
Step 2
Heat the oil, add the pepper, and sauté lightly.

Crack the eggs in, but do not whisk them; just crack them and enjoy their solitary 'sizzle' — not on maximum heat!

When the egg whites are set, crumble the feta and grated cheese over the surface. Let the cheeses set. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with herbs (for example, if you don't have fresh, you can use dried Provencal herbs).
