  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Milk 3 tablespoons
  • Edam Cheese 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch

Step 1

Beat 2 eggs, add salt, and mix in 2–3 tablespoons of milk. Pour into a heated skillet.

Step 2

When the bottom of the omelette is browned, sprinkle grated cheese on one half, fold over with the other half. Cover with a lid and let sit for 1 minute to melt the cheese. Serve with crackers or toast.
