Ingredients
- Tiger shrimp in brine 20 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Dried Rosemary 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sweet Red Onion 2 heads
- Courgette 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Narshehab sauce 0 fl oz
- Sumac a pinch
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lemon, onion, zucchini, and pepper, and marinate with the tiger shrimp for 1 hour. For the marinade, mix the dry white wine, rosemary, sumac, and finely chopped garlic. Then thread onto skewers, season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, and grill until cooked through.
Step 2
2 minutes before cooking is done, drizzle with a strong brine (water + sea salt), drizzle again with olive oil, sprinkle with dried ground rosemary, and finish cooking.
