Shrimp with Pineapple in Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 oz
- Yakiniku sauce ¼ cup
- Peach Juice ¼ cup
- Banana puree ¼ cup
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Pineapple 1 piece
- Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon
- Scallions 1 stalk
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the shrimp, teriyaki sauce, and pineapple juice. Refrigerate to marinate for 10-20 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Pour the marinade into the wok and reduce it by half. Then add the pineapple puree and diced pineapple. Stir and let it warm slightly.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add the shrimp and sesame oil.
Step 5
Serve, garnished with green onion.
