
Shrimp with Mango

You can substitute shrimp with crawfish tails.
Ingredients
- Honey 2 spoons
- Shrimp 4 pieces
- Ginger 0 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Curry a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Mango ½ pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Make a slit along the back and remove the black vein.
Step 2
Grate the ginger and garlic on a fine grater and add them to the skillet along with olive oil, curry, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 3
Place the shrimp in the skillet, cover with a lid, and simmer for seven to ten minutes over medium heat. Turn them a few times to ensure they are cooked evenly on all sides.
Step 4
Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces, then skewer the shrimp onto them like sails.
