Shrimp with Kiwi and Lime Sauce
Ingredients
- Habanero Pepper 2 pieces
- Kiwi 4 pieces
- Lime Juice 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Cilantro ½ cup
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 oz
- Safflower Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the kiwi and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the peppers and finely chop them. Transfer to a bowl and mix with lime juice. Add kiwi, cilantro, and salt. Mix well.
Step 3
Season the shrimp with salt. Heat sunflower oil in a pan over high heat. Place the shrimp in a single layer and fry without turning for 3 minutes. Then flip and fry for a couple more minutes until cooked.
Step 4
Place the shrimp on a plate or in dessert cups and serve with the kiwi sauce.
