Shrimp with Fresh Chili
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 3 pieces
- Palm Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Scallions 10 pieces
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Oyster Mushrooms 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the chili peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut them thinly crosswise.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with a knife, sauté it in the wok with oil over high heat until golden brown, then remove it.
Step 3
Add the chili, then the shrimp, after 2 minutes pour in a couple of tablespoons of water, add both sauces, stir, add the green onion, and heat for 1–2 minutes. Serve with cilantro.
