Ingredients
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, sauté the minced garlic in butter. Then add the cream to the garlic and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Thaw the shrimp at room temperature, then peel them. Add the shrimp to the cream and sauté for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
Step 3
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs and mix.
