Ingredients
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Capers 0 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Thyme 2 sprigs
- Bavette Pasta 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta and cook it for 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Step 3
Peel the shrimp and cut them into small cubes.
Step 4
Remove the leaves from the parsley and chop them finely into strips.
Step 5
Finely chop the olives. Remove the leaves from the thyme.
Step 6
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the shrimp over low heat for a couple of minutes.
Step 7
Add the olives and thyme, and stir.
Step 8
Add a little of the pasta cooking water, capers, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Step 9
Add parsley and butter, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Step 10
Drain the pasta in a colander and transfer it to the skillet with the sauce, stirring to combine. As soon as the sauce comes to a boil, the pasta is ready.
Step 11
Serve immediately.
