  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Sour Cream 0 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 15 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Canned Mushroom Soup 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Herbs to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the tartlets.

Step 2

Mix the milk with sugar, add salt to taste, then add the flour and stir thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add softened margarine and sour cream, beat in the eggs, and knead until you have a smooth dough.

Step 3

Roll it out into a thin layer and cut out shapes to fit the tartlet molds.

Step 4

Place the cutouts into the molds, pressing the dough firmly, and prick it with a fork.

Step 5

Bake in the oven at a temperature of 240–500°F.

Step 6

Cool the finished tartlets.

Step 7

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, and slice thinly.

Step 8

Rinse the shrimp in cold water without thawing, then drop them into boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 9

Cool, peel, and chop.

Step 10

Slice the cucumbers thinly and combine them with the potatoes, shrimp, peas, and half of the mayonnaise, mixing well.

Step 11

Distribute the salad among the tartlets, drizzle with the remaining mayonnaise, and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
