- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste

Boil and peel the shrimp.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, lightly salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Add the milk to the beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add the shrimp to the mixture and stir again.
