Shrimp in White Wine
Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 15 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Parsley 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Sriracha 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Thaw the shrimp in the refrigerator overnight; if you need to speed up the process, you can thaw them in cold water, which will take about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the garlic thinly.
Step 4
Chop the parsley leaves.
Step 5
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil, add the garlic and parsley.
Step 6
Add the unpeeled shrimp and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Step 7
Pour in the white wine, keep on heat for another minute, then remove from heat.
Step 8
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise and sriracha.
Step 9
Serve the shrimp directly in the saucepan, peel them by hand, and eat while dipping in the spicy sauce.
