Ingredients
- Shrimp 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Bay leaf to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in salted water with a bay leaf for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the onion and sauté in oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the tomato paste, stir, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the unpeeled shrimp and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
3–4 minutes before the end of cooking, add the minced garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Serve.
