Shrimp in Rice Paper
Ingredients
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Shrimp 16 pieces
- Rice Paper 8 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Dill ¼ g
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp, drain in a colander, let cool, and then peel.
Step 2
Slice the bell pepper into medium-thick pieces.
Step 3
Chop the garlic and dill, mix with mayonnaise, and add salt to taste.
Step 4
Take a sheet of rice paper, soak it in warm water for 15 seconds. Let excess water drain. Place 2 shrimp, a slice of pepper, and half a tablespoon of sauce on the sheet. Roll it up. Repeat with all sheets.
Step 5
Heat oil in a skillet, place the rolls in and fry until golden brown.
Step 6
Serve warm.
