Ingredients

  • Garlic 1 clove
  • King Prawns 15 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • French Baguette ⅓ pieces
  • White Pepper (whole) a pinch
  • Salt a pinch
  • Goat cheese 0 oz
  • 33% Cream 2 spoons
  • Chard 2 spoons
  • Thyme 1 stalk

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the shrimp, leaving only the last segment of the chitinous shell, which will hold the tail.

Step 2

Melt butter in a skillet and lightly sauté the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped garlic, and cook for another half a minute.

Step 3

Pour the wine into the skillet and, once it has evaporated, add the cream. When the cream begins to thicken, add the cheese broken into small pieces. As soon as the cheese melts and coats the shrimp, sprinkle with leaves from a sprig of thyme, remove from heat, and transfer along with the resulting sauce to a deep plate.

Step 4

Cut a third of the baguette into long quarters, grill them on a griddle, and serve with shrimp.
