- Ground ancho chili pepper 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 0 fl oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the shells from the shrimp. In a deep saucepan, bring water to a boil, add salt, and stir. Add the peeled shrimp to the boiling water and cook for one minute. Then, transfer the cooked shrimp to a separate bowl.
Step 2
Finely chop the green onions, chili, and ginger. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil, then add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir to combine, then add the ginger, chili, and green onions to the saucepan and sauté for one minute. Pour this sauce over the cooked shrimp and serve.
