Shrimp in Creamy Garlic and Lemongrass Sauce

Description

Ingredients
- Tiger shrimp in brine 30 oz
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- French Baguette 2 pieces
- Dry White Wine 0 qt
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Lemongrass 1 stalk
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw and clean the shrimp.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Finely chop the lemongrass stalk.
Step 4
Heat a skillet and pour in the oil.
Step 5
Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté until they change color.
Step 6
Add the chopped lemongrass and garlic to the shrimp, sautéing and stirring for 1 minute. Season with salt.
Step 7
Add the cream and reduce until thickened, but don't overdo it, as the sauce is the most delicious part of this dish. Season with pepper.
Step 8
Remove from heat and let cool for 3–4 minutes.
