Description
Shrimp in cream sauce with cherry tomatoes
Ingredients
- Shrimp 10 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Cream 22% 10 fl oz
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Dill 1 bunch
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Marinated cherries 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw and clean the shrimp; there is no need to boil them. I used small shrimp and a few large ones.
Step 2
Cut the garlic in half and crush each clove, sautéing until golden brown in olive oil over low heat. Remove the garlic from the pan as it cooks.
Step 3
Next, cut each cherry tomato in half and sauté in the pan for no more than 2 minutes. Then add the shrimp and sauté for about a minute. After that, pour in the cream and add the sour cream. Mix well and season with salt. Cook for another 2 minutes — the most important thing is to ensure the cream does not boil, and the salt balance should be maintained, as the cream can sweeten.
Step 4
Cook the pasta — add the pasta to boiling salted water with a tablespoon of vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Rinse and warm slightly, then place on a plate. Meanwhile, grate the cheese and chop the dill. Top the pasta with the shrimp and sauce, garnish with dill around the edges, and sprinkle cheese on top.
