- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Worcestershire Sauce 2 teaspoons
- TABASCO® to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ teaspoon
- Eel to taste
- Shrimp 0 lbs
- Spices to taste
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and TABASCO. Season with spices.
Step 2
Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on a few for garnish. Add all the shrimp except those with tails to the sauce and mix well.
Step 3
Place the lettuce leaves on a serving plate, top with some shrimp, and garnish with the ones that have tails. Serve with lemon wedges.
