Ingredients
- Rice Paper 0 oz
- Shrimp 0 oz
- Arugula 0 oz
- Napa Cabbage 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam ½ teaspoon
- Soy Sauce 5 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine finely chopped arugula and napa cabbage in a deep bowl. Dress with mayonnaise and add pepper.
Step 2
Mix well.
Step 3
Combine chili sauce and soy sauce. Soak the shrimp in it for 1 minute.
Step 4
Dice the shrimp.
Step 5
Add them to the salad.
Step 6
Mix well.
Step 7
Cut the rice paper sheets in half.
Step 8
Soak them in water for a few seconds and place on a flat surface.
Step 9
Place the filling in the center.
Step 10
Wrap them like dumplings.
Step 11
Transfer to a plate and serve.
