  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Salt a pinch
  • Sugar a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Shrimp 5 oz
  • Onion ½ head
  • Pickled Chanterelles 3 pieces
  • Heavy cream 5 fl oz
  • Herbs 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the eggs with salt and sugar, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix with flour, then gradually add milk until a smooth mixture is obtained. Cook the crepes.

Step 2

Boil the shrimp and chop them. Chop the onion and sauté in the remaining oil. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Let the mushroom mixture cool, then mix in the shrimp and herbs. Use the resulting mixture to fill the crepes and roll them up. Refrigerate. Then chop coarsely and serve.
