  • Onion 4 heads
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Vodka ¼ cup
  • Meyer Lemon Juice ¼ cup
  • Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon
  • TABASCO® 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 2½ tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil and add salt (2 tablespoons). Add the shrimp (medium-sized) to the boiling water and immediately remove from heat. Step 3

Cut each shrimp lengthwise into 2-3 pieces.

Step 4

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with the onion and celery.

Step 5

In a small bowl, mix ½ cup of ketchup with vodka and lemon juice. Add black pepper (¼ teaspoon), salt (¾ teaspoon), Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish (store-bought).

Step 6

Pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp mixture and mix thoroughly.

Step 7

Serve in small salad bowls (15-20 servings).
