Ingredients
- Coarse Salt to taste
- King Prawns 20 oz
- Chili jam 1 cup
- Grated Ginger Root ½ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in salted boiling water until cooked, about 3–4 minutes. Drain and transfer to ice water. Then drain again.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix the chili sauce, horseradish, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Peel the shrimp and arrange them on a plate. Serve with the sauce.
