Shrimp Cocktail with Remoulade
Ingredients
- Coarse Salt to taste
- King Prawns 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Ketchup 3 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Celery stalk 2 stalks
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1½ tablespoons
- Chopped Green Onions ½ tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the shrimp in salted boiling water until cooked, about 3–4 minutes. Drain and transfer to ice water. Then drain again.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl. Add finely chopped celery, parsley, and green onion. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Peel the shrimp and arrange them on a plate. Serve with the sauce.
