Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Ketchup 2 tablespoons
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- Brandy 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Banana Leaves 0 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves ½ tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Transfer the shrimp to a bowl.
Step 2
Cut 3 slices from the lemon and hang them on the edges of three small serving bowls.
Step 3
Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and let them marinate for a while.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whip the cream and add ketchup, horseradish, and brandy. Mix well. Add a little cayenne pepper and salt.
Step 5
Place the lettuce leaves in the prepared bowls and top with the shrimp.
Step 6
Before serving, drizzle the sauce over the shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.
