Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the raw shrimp and blanch them in boiling water until pink.
Step 2
Prepare a marinade from lime juice, sugar, and salt (optional: add chili powder). Add chopped onion and diced tomatoes (peeled, seeded, and cut into small cubes).
Step 3
Marinate the shrimp for at least half an hour at room temperature.
Step 4
Optionally serve with pieces of avocado.
