Ingredients
- Cilantro 24 pieces
- Pineapple 5 oz
- King Prawns 12 pieces
- Lime 1 piece
- Olive Oil 4 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the shrimp, keeping the tail intact, and cut each one in half.
Step 2
Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil, season with salt, and let marinate for five minutes. Then, sauté in a very hot skillet without adding any oil — quickly, for one to two minutes.
Step 3
Cut the pineapple into small triangular wedges.
Step 4
Thread halved shrimp, pineapple wedges, and cilantro leaves onto bamboo skewers, using a couple of each. Drizzle with lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
