
Shrimp and Guacamole Toasts

Description
You can add chili, fresh garlic, and finely chopped onion to the guacamole.
Ingredients
- White bread 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 4 spoons
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Avocado 1 piece
- Shrimp 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Garlic 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the avocado, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, finely chop it, and mash it with a fork.
Step 2
Add half of a lemon's juice to the avocado and mix well.
Step 3
Dice the tomato into small cubes and add it to the avocado with lemon juice.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic and add it to the mixture. This is guacamole!
Step 5
Slice the white bread and toast it in a skillet with preheated olive oil.
Step 6
Peel the frozen shrimp and also sauté them.
Step 7
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate, followed by the toasted bread, then the guacamole — and top each toast with one shrimp. It's ready to serve!
