Description

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 15 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
  • Spiced Tomato Juice 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Leek 0 oz
  • Arugula 0.3 bunches
  • Cress salad 0.3 bunches
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Red Wine Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Sumac 1 teaspoon
  • Mixed Ground Peppers 1½ teaspoons
  • Ocean salt to taste

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes. After 2 minutes, cool them in cold water.

Then peel the tomatoes and chop them coarsely.

Add salt.

Chop the leek coarsely.

Peel and crush the garlic with a chef's knife.

Add the leek to the heated oil in the pan. Sauté over medium heat.
