Shallot Sauce for Roasted Meat
Ingredients
- Shallot 2 pieces
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sear the steaks or any other meat in a skillet. Then transfer them to a plate and do not let them cool.
Step 2
In the same skillet — directly in the juices left from the meat — add finely chopped shallots and parsley, along with the wine. Pour in 150 ml of water and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt. Pour the sauce over the meat.
