Shakshuka with Mushrooms and Serbian Feta
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
- Morels 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Serbian Bryndza cheese 0 oz
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms thinly.
Step 3
Heat sunflower oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
Step 5
Sauté the onion for 1 minute.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Add the bell pepper and mix.
Step 8
Dice the tomato into small cubes and add to the vegetables.

Mix all the vegetables together.

Cut the Serbian feta into small cubes and add to the skillet.
