Ingredients
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Chives 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Rye Bread 6 pieces
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 10 oz
- Red Caviar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, lemon zest and juice, chives, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Stack the bread and cut out a neat rectangle. Lay the bread in a single layer and spread 1 tablespoon of the cream on each piece, then top with a thin slice of fish. Spread more cream on top and add another piece of fish. For the next layer, spread the remaining cheese. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Using a sharp knife, cut each rectangle into 8 pieces and top with red caviar.
