Ingredients
- Toasted Sesame 10 oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the sesame seeds in warm, slightly acidic water for 12 hours.
Step 2
Rinse and lightly dry in a skillet.
Step 3
Place in a blender and blend until smooth (the consistency of thick sour cream), gradually adding oil (increase the amount if necessary).
Step 4
Seal tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
Step 5
Use as a base for sauces or as a standalone dish.
