Ingredients
- Habanero Pepper 2 pieces
- Red Wine Vinegar 6 tablespoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Salt ¾ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 9 tablespoons

Step 1
Remove the seeds and white veins from the peppers and chop them.
Step 2
In a blender, combine half of the chopped serrano peppers, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Then, while continuing to blend, add the olive oil. Add the remaining peppers and stir with a spoon.
