- Water 10 fl oz

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Bring to a boil the milk diluted with water in a saucepan.
Step 3
Add salt and sugar.
Step 4
Quickly pour the semolina into the milk in a thin stream, whisking continuously. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Step 5
Leave the cooked porridge covered on the turned-off burner for a few more minutes.
Step 6
Serve the semolina porridge onto plates.
Step 7
Add cubes of butter.
Step 8
Serve the semolina porridge with berries or your favorite jam.
